Best Italian Restaurant in Saugatuck. Escargot is to die for. Wednesday Pizza specials (cash. 12.00) take along to Music in the Park for a great evening. Or dine in for a fantastic dining experience.

Very good food and service! I can see why there is a wait to get in; it is worth it! Had the lasagna and loved it. True Italian food. Our waitor was very attentive even though it was busy. Highly recommended!

Pizza here is some of the best! Summer time is busy and the wait times can be a little long. Service has been outstanding and we have had nothing but great Italian food here.

Long wait but the food is amazing! Everytime as a kid my parents and I would come here on our visit. Just took my husband there for the first time and he loved it! As well as our 8 month old!

A very nice restaurant that has a wide selection of food! Our meal was delicious and the waiter served us very quickly and well! We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant and would definitely come back again!

Went and ate at this restaurant yesterday. I had the pizza, my brother and boys had pasta dishes. I would recommend this place, very good food and the service was decent also. Will eat here again

We carried out while in town last weekend. The food was great, everyone enjoyed their meals. They accommodated 2 of us that were gluten free in the group. I'd dine here again!

We got the calamari and lobster ravioli-sauce for the calamari was phenomenal. They kept hand sanitizers at every table, and our waiter kept his mask on the entire time. We ate on the patio, and felt properly spaced out from other guests. We also had a separate bathroom for the patio, which was nice. Staff ensures you have a mask on prior to entry, but we saw maybe 1 or 2 guests inside without a mask on while walking around

Amazing food, great atmosphere, live music.

Good tasting food and welcoming service. We had several pasta dishes and a pizza. Wine and food was tasty!

Food was wonderful. Service was barely adequate, I think our waitress had to many tables to attend to. We sat close to the piano player and there were speakers blaring so loud we could barely hear each other speak. People at other tables were yelling to communicate to one another which made the decibel level even higher. If the ambiance was better i would have rated this a 4 or 5. We couldn't wait to get out of the building. We almost tipped the pianist just to stop playing. What are they thinking???

It was a great dining experience. The calamari is amazing!

We certainly found our new favorite Itialian restaurant at Marro's in Saugatuck, MI. We ate at the bar. Mike was an AWESOME server as well as entertaining. The food was the most exquisite, flavorful, Itialian seafood and perfectly cooked to perfection.

Garlic knots were HEAVENLY, had an amazing penne pasta made with vodka and spicy sausage, was fantastic. Service was very friendly and welcoming to my group and I. Looking forward to dining here again one day!

Service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Food was wonderful. Ravioli was cooked perfectly and the sauce was also very good, a little watered down, this visit but still tasted good. Garlic rolls were a little bit on the greasy side however was very good. The rolls could do without the marinara. It takes away the flavor from the rolls. Pizza was alright. The crust was crisp and the pizza had plenty of toppings- sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and bacon. And it was also covered in plenty of cheese. The sauce was decent enough.

Love, love, love this place. Great Italian food, reasonably priced. Attentive, friendly staff-from the manager on down. We will go back to try the thin pizza loaded with toppings, many diners were ordering and devouring them.We had steak, chicken, shrimp scampi, salmon, steak tips appetizer and garlic rolls smothered in mozzarella cheese. Everything was delicious. In our opinion the very best restaurant in Saugatuck. Enjoy!

We went down for dinner a couple of Fridays ago. I had the Fettuccini Alfredo with chicken while my wife had the Encrusted Filet Mignon. Both dinners were excellent and the service was great as well.

Pretty disappointing for what it is. Price-point is high for the quality/quantity of food. No better than Olive Garden. Lots of frozen food. Low quality ingredients. Staff was friendly enough, but service was slow.

my friends and i ate there on Wednesday. every bite of food that we ordered was incredibly delicious. the wait staff were very kind and helpful. one of our party has a dairy allergy and every effort was made to accommodate her. even tho we live over 2 hours away Marro's is my new favorite restaurant and i hope to come back often.

Was in town for Labor day and didn't get to.eat dinner till 10pm. I was very glad they were still taking customers that late. Had their caramel salmon with candied walnuts which I had on the side. It was something I've never had before but it was amazing. Had that sweet, savory and crunch from the walnuts. I also had a side of sausage and meatballs. Both were amazing.

Came here to celebrate my in-laws' wedding anniversary. The food was fantastic and the staff was super friendly. The place is absolutely huge inside with nice views of the water. Definitely recommend!

Great Italian food . Nice new outdoor cocktail lounge. Food portions large and reasonably priced. Seafood pasta some of the best I ever had.

Excellent service and even better food. We had the calamari for an appatizer which had an amazing tomato sauce. Best calamari we've had before. The main dish pizza and linguine with clam sauce was also incredible. All in all, we had a great experience here. Frank is awesome!!!! LETS GO!

Amazing food and service! Adam was an awesome waiter! I've never had tiramisu that good! The wait to get in was worth it, though I don't think a half hour at peak season is that long to wait. The atmosphere is great and the owner was there talking to people while we ate.

We were surprised. Great reviews online and from our Bed and Breakfast.All of our food was bland. My wife got Alfredo and added chicken. She said it was bland and she was right.I asked about the ravioli being made in kitchen. Yes was the answer from the waiter. My ravioli was a frozen product and my marinara tasted like it was from a can, not even doctored up.We ordered drinks and was not offered a second one, which would have brought out waiter a larger tip. People that dink more not only increase their bill but tip better. Our waiter was more worried about socializing with his buddies to get me a second water.So we went to the bar and she was wonderful. Great drinks and fun bartender.Warning...do not go here to eat.

Your website says you are open Tuesdays and you are not. We are from out of town passing thru and really looked forward to Marro’s as we do every year. Very disappointing. I get it’s hard with COVID but please make sure your hours are listed correctly on your website; Google is often wrong which is why I always check the website directly. This time Google is correct but your website isn’t. I guess no Marros this year!

The food was amazing and out waiter Noah was excellent.

Mary was our server and she was amazing. We got in there with little time as we were seeing a musical down the street. She made sure everything was ready ASAP and we had time to spare! Of course the meal was also perfect, but Mary pushed it over the edge.

Angel hair pasta with meatballs were great. My wife had the lobster ravioli which was fantastic also.

I cannot describe how good the bouillabaisse is here. I want to cry it’s SO GOOD. The chef named Bill (I think) who has been there for decades is the cook and it’s probably the best dish I’ve had in months. The server named Mary (I think) who has been there a long time is also wonderful. It’s worth traveling to get here.

Very crowded on an August weekend but worth the wait. Sautéed calamari was excellent. So was the lobster tail. Good service and atmosphere. The pianist was a nice touch. The pizza at the other table looked fabulous!

Great food, and atmosphere... We loved the place. Funny story is that on the flight into Saugatuck the owner Frank recommended the place to my wife without her knowing who he was. Glad he did, we would definitely go again. Thanks Frank!

Lovely waterside venue. Great service. We didn't have a long wait to be seated. Wine was delicious. Probably the best bruschetta I've had. Would definitely return.
